A drama about three generations of an Armenian American family. Ana is faced with pressure from her mother to keep a secret from her ailing grandmother. Making a pact with her grandmother, the young woman gives the whole family a bit of their own medicine.

Zoë Smurr

Hailing from Fresno, CA, Zoë Smurr is a filmmaker and memoirist who loves telling stories about identity, memory and “imagined place.” She’s currently earning her M.F.A. in Film Production at Loyola Marymount University and graduated from UC Berkeley with her B.A. in English Literature. Zoë is also a two-time recipient of the prestigious Cosgrove Family Endowment, a full-tuition scholarship through LMU’s SFTV.
