Ali Asgari was born in 1982, in Tehran, Iran. He is graduated from management in Iran and now he is a student of cinema in Italy. He started his career as an assistant director and worked in 10 feature films and more than 30 short films. His short films have been screened in many film festivals around the world. In 2013 he participated at Berlinale Talent Campus. His third short film “More than two hours” was nominated for Palme d’or at Festival De Cannes 2013.
